planning and design to keep the design team informed of movement in
cost as the design progresses.
Scheduling:
Measurement of schedules of quantities for tender purposes and the management of contract variations.
Construction Programming:
Preparation of construction programmes.
Project Cost Management:
Monitoring the site progress against the
construction programme and cash flow predictions and ensuring that
critical activities are completed within the allowed time and that the
completion dates are met.
Contract Servicing:
Providing full cost management of the project
including progress claims, variations, final accounts and financial
reporting to the client.
Bank Cost Verification and Drawdown Certifications:
Providing full project cost verification for
use by lending institutions, including producing project review
reports, cost to complete certifications and drawdown recommendations.
